Only two passed
So we sent the 23 most-named brands to an ISO-accredited lab and asked one question of each. Did the bottle actually hold the studied dose, named and intact, or a hidden fraction of it. Twenty-one failed. Most were not even close, and several would not say what was really inside the blend at all. Two passed every test. Both printed the full studied dose right on the label, with nothing hidden.
The first was a solid, general-purpose ashwagandha formula, and credit where it is due, it genuinely works. It carries the real 600mg studied dose, so over a few weeks it can actually bring a high cortisol baseline down the way the research says. If all you want is honest ashwagandha at the right amount, that one delivers. The second one was It Girl Daily Peace, and it is the one we kept coming back to.
It carried KSM-66 Ashwagandha 600mg, GABA 200mg, and L-Theanine 200mg, every number named on the label, not folded into a blend. The next reason is why, of the only two that passed, this is the one we now recommend and partner with.
